CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable. I require at least 48 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment. Giving less than 48 hours notice to rescheduling will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel or no show your deposit will de forfeited. If you need to reschedule you may transfer your deposit over only ONCE, as long as you give 48 hours notice. If you reschedule your 5-10 week follow-up to a later date you may be subject to the annual touch up price.


LATE POLICY

I have a 15 minute late policy. Please call the shop if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be needed to book any appointment that was cancelled due to lateness. Remember, I am located in the Bay Area, there is almost always traffic and parking can sometimes be challenging. 


RESCHEDULING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

You must give at least 48 hours notice, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. As stated above you may transfer you initial deposit to a rescheduled appointment only ONCE. It is your responsibility to reschedule within 30 days from the cancellation date, if you cannot make it to your rescheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will need a new deposit to book with me again.


RESCHEDULING YOUR COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP

Your first touch up appointment is booked during your first appointment, to ensure you get on the books within 5-10 weeks. Rescheduling is only complimentary if the rescheduled date takes place within the 5-10 week period from your first appointment.
